Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Our place is within walking distance of Colmberg Castle and Colmberg Golf Course. The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. Free Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.
