Open concept with windows to enjoy the view. Restaurants to boat to. Pontoon rated for 13, tube, flotation pad, 4 kayaks. Boater safety license needed. Close to the St. Clair flats, largest freshwater delta in the world, and the St John's marsh, great place to view waterfowl No pets, events, porta johns. 10 person max.
