This cute cottage is conveniently located in Seabrook - halfway between Houston & Galveston. This sits on a property that is a little over a 1/2 acre. The main house is next door. The cottage is completely detached & has its own small fenced backyard. Feel like you're in the country yet just a hop & a skip to the highway. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
