Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Haus Heck, My spot Rügen!

Haus Heck is a row end house of our small holiday complex "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet, watery village location. It has its own entrance over the large terrace. We have allowed the hedges to grow a little higher, so you have a view over the 13,000 square meter property, but also privacy. The house is divided on the first floor into a loft-like living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates with historic beams and the bathroom/toilet. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms.

If you feel the north somewhere in Germany, then it is here! The island of Rügen far away from the fashionable seaside resorts! Idyllic headland between open sea and lagoon. It has a spacious living-dining area with a large couch and fully equipped kitchen, sauna, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious south-facing terrace. The center of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes, bakeries etc. is about 300m away. Rügen's top attraction Cape Arkona is idyllically within cycling distance.

Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.
