In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

An open plan living and dining area invites you to spend convivial evenings at the large kitchen table or on the sofa. The modern kitchen offers everything your heart desires: from various coffee machines, a variety of cooking appliances to the waffle iron or raclette, everything is available. At the back of the house is a garden with a terrace and views of nature.

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

You will stay right next to the Schilksee Olympic Center, be at the harbor in 3 minutes and can go to the beach in flip-flops and a bathrobe. Quietly located, barrier-free and with plenty of room for your family. The house is newly renovated. In the living room there are two more sleeping options. The garden invites you to barbecue, play and sunbathe. We provide you with wood for the fireplace. Here you can sail, surf, swim, golf, walk on the beach, go cycling or explore Kiel.

Idyllic apartment under thatch

Living in the Old Village School opposite the Feldsteinkirche. In the last few years, we have prepared a holiday apartment (60 m2) from the former class wing of the "Grot School", in which the large (large) students had their classroom. A light-flooded large kitchen-living room forms the focal point of the stylish apartment. Centrally but rural location, 15 minutes by car to the Kiel center, 25 minutes to the beach. The apartment is located in Flintbek in the Voorde district in a very quiet location, about 10 km from the center of the state capital Kiel. A car parking space on the property. The garden is available for use. There is a good bus connection to Kiel. The next bus stop is about 200m from the Apartment. The Flintbek train station is about 1 km away. Trains run from Flintbek in the direction of Kiel and towards Neumünster. By car, Flintbek is easily accessible via the A215.

Lüttje Huus

The "lüttje Huus" is right next to the old fishing district of Holm von Schleswig with the old well-kept fishermen's houses around the historic cemetery. The city harbor with embassy rental, ice cream parlor, restaurant and cafes is only 150 meters away. Many other attractions are also close to the "lüttjen Huus," such as the cathedral, the Johanniskloster monastery or the Holmer Noor nature reserve. Also worth a visit is the Viking open-air museum Haitabu.
