In the middle of the forest, 2.7 km from the nearest village, you will find our tiny houses with their own plot, 20 square meter terrace with grill and furniture. Inside, next to the bed, there is a sitting area with Hukla armchairs, shower and toilet as well as TV and fridge.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe haven in Wertheim. Not only our environment benefits from the creative upcycling idea, but you do too. The tiny house offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26 m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking space right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own home.

Enjoy peaceful days in our cozy vacation rental in the countryside of the Main-Spessart region, located between Karlstadt, Lohr, Wertheim, and Marktheidenfeld. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (not accessible) and features a sunny terrace for relaxing. Dogs are welcome. You can find shopping options in Marktheidenfeld (about 10 minutes by car). Public transportation is limited – your own vehicle is required. Ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers.

Cozy apartment

Apartment near the Maintal bike path with a parking space and a Wallbox. Our apartment has a large, well-equipped kitchen/living room with a stove, oven and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom with a 1.80 m bed for 2 people and one bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed. Parking space in front of the house with the option of charging an electric car for an additional fee. If you only want to stay for 1 night, please inquire separately.

If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The marketplace is about 50 m away and all shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. There is a parking place available in the immediate vicinity.
