Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

Fantastic living and sleeping in Nierstein a.Rhein

The apartment is close to Nierstein train station. The Rhine promenade and the city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A 20-minute walk and you are in the old imperial city of Oppenheim, which is worth seeing. By train you can get to Mainz in 20 minutes. You'll love the place because of the cozy atmosphere, the comfortable four-poster bed, the fully equipped kitchen and the large bathroom. The place is particularly good for couples, solo travelers, and cyclists.

The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

We have further renovated our popular vacation home over the winter - the bathroom has been expanded with an additional large sink, a separate dining room and the living room have been comfortably refurnished. The bedrooms on the upper floor can be air-conditioned in summer. The beautiful conservatory and balcony invite you to linger. We do NOT rent to fitters.
