The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with private land of 3000 m2 where you will find a large garden with swimming pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. All that surrounds it is Natural Reserve of the Iruelas Valley, therefore it is a natural environment, isolated and quiet. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horse riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts.... The area offers you to taste the gastronomy that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

Magnificent house with spectacular views of the Atazar reservoir, comfortable house with two floors, 2 bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs. Rooms are opened according to the number of people, common areas are left available throughout the house. A bathroom and toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. Kitchen on both floors. Great terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and the starry sky and glass porch overlooking the reservoir downstairs. We have installed a detachable pool for summer.

Beautiful stone house located in the Herreras, a small village in the westernmost area of the Madrid community bordering the province of Avila just minutes from the navas of the Marquis and Santa Maria de la Alameda perfect for enjoying great hiking trails ,the house has a game room for all ages and space/jacuzzi with thermal circuit for six people in short a perfect environment to disconnect.
