Old-style house, ideal for resting if you're traveling or to get to know the Alcarria. Downstairs there is a bathroom, kitchen and living room, ideal for four/five people. A slightly steep staircase leads up to the upper floor, where there is another bathroom (with a whirlpool tub), a bedroom with a double bed and another with a 120 cm bed. From there you can access the attic by the wooden stairs (see photos), where there are two 90 cm beds.

If you want long-term stays, it's best to ask directly. Modern 55m penthouse in downtown Alcalá with fireplace and 30m terrace. Perfect for families, couples, and business trips. Bus/taxi to Madrid and airport 50 meters away. The parking lot is shared and is just 200m from the accommodation. You must first access the apartment to pick up the parking remote and then park. Baby strollers can be left in the meter room during the stay.

Esencia de Maryvan is a charming country house located in the urban area of the town of El Vellón. Composed of two floors with independent access to each of them. The house will be rented in full. If we are lucky, you will be able to see a Corsican or a family of Corsicans who live in this area of Guadalajara. Check-in time is modifiable on weekends and holidays as needed by the guest. Ask me on weekdays and we may be able to find a way to modify it from Monday to Friday.
