Peace and tranquility is what you will find in this guest cabin for two nestled in the rolling hills of Esmont. The 60+ acre farm is teeming with wildlife. Spend your morning walking over two miles of private trails (when open) throughout the property and enjoy evenings sitting around the fire pit. Hate cleaning fees? Us too, so we've decided to eliminate it for our rentals-just please clean up after yourselves. Dog friendly with a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE fee. Dog must be noted on your reservation.

We are happy to host your pet too, but please note there is a $30 fee per stay (please include your pet when selecting the number guests during booking).

The Brothers Great Room

Your private guest suite is located in Northern Albemarle County Virginia. We cannot allow cats(due to family members with allergies and the extra cleaning required) We are just off of Route 29 with easy access to local venues. The suite is up one flight of stairs. Albemarle County is central to the University of Virginia, Monticello, Montpelier, wineries, craft beer breweries, and wedding venues in the area. Your dogs may run the open areas. Please clean up after your pet.

This intimate, luxury barn suite offers a private setting with 1 king bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-concept living room and kitchen featuring a cozy fireplace, queen pullout sofa bed, and single cot for extra guests. Unwind and relax on the back patio with breathtaking sunsets, hot tub, grill and a firepit — all fully yours to enjoy during your stay.

Black Cat Retreat

Private entrance. upstairs, Lots of light, Wrap around deck! Full private bath in room. Large room with a small kitchenette. Refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker a kitchen sink and induction burner to cook on. Also washer and dryer in the room. Upon your arrival there will be Banana Nut Bread, fruit & filtered water. All cotton sheets on the queen size bed (plus for the full size air mattress in room.) Cotton towels, shampoo, blow dryer, iron and ironing board.

Visit historical sites including Jefferson's Monticello and James Monroe's Ashlawn Highland.
