We are located at 160 m above sea level and are surrounded by Grevlunda slopes fantastic and scenic surroundings. The location of the wheelhouse is peaceful and the rolling landscape is beautiful all year round. Here you have downhill all the way down to the sea…The guest house is located on our small farm. Newly renovated on two floors, about 50 m2, sleeps five, fully equipped kitchen and its own patio. Hang out in the green grass, barbecue, play boule, or read a book in the orangery. Only 15 minutes to fantastic beaches and many good restaurants!

An exclusive accommodation where you experience proximity to nature, people, sea, miles of fine sandy beaches, smaller towns and a plethora of different artists. Our guests take care of themselves. Before arrival, you can be assured that the house is extra carefully cleaned with regard to disinfection of table surfaces, kitchen counters, sinks, toilets, faucets and handles, etc. We do this as an extra protection for our guests as we have Covid-19 in fresh memory.

Charming brick villa in Yngsjö village

Charming older brick house in Yngsjö village but still in the middle of nature with forest up to the back of the plot. Private garden for socializing or resting. Few minutes walk to Helgeå or a smaller walk through the village and pine forests down to the beautiful white sandy beach that stretches out as far as the eye can see. Two dog beaches close by. Bicycle path to Åhus where you can shop, see culture, harbor and eat well. Close to the national park Stenshuvud and the waterfall in Forsakar for more nature. Here is everything you need.

The Castle - Täppet Åhus

Åhus has most of it to offer during summer, Beach football - Beach handball, world class sandy beaches and restaurants and bars so that's enough. The accommodation at the Castle is located about 1,5 km from Åhus Seaside and the beach in an extremely quiet area on Täppet. The house has generous areas with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, patios, outdoor kitchen, conservatory, pool etc. There are 4 beds (width 120, 140 & 180 cm) but sleeping for up to 10 people with extra bed/mattress/sofa. The pool is of course heated to 28 degrees.

In the second house there are 3 bedrooms, shower and toilet plus a laundry room. Around the houses there is a wooden deck and a large garden overlooking the field and evening sun. Welcome to our beachfront oasis at the gateway to Österlen! The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023 and is only 800 meters from the beach, offering a cozy barbecue area and stunning views. Perfect for couples or small families looking for relaxation and proximity to nature. Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories! Bed linen, (electric) bicycles and tennis court can be rented.

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

The proximity to several wonderful beaches, golf clubs, nature reserves, food and coffee places as well as to Österlen's various sights make it easy to get around by car or bus. Welcome to our charming house with a little garden. The house is in a quiet residential area near the city center. It´s fully equipped and have a lovely living room to relax in. Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house.

In the woods close to the sea

160 m2 beautiful renovated countryhouse with 3 big bedrooms, wooden floors and a fireplace. Old school finnish sauna. Big garden with bonfire place and lot of space to play and enjoy. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
