A beautiful, new vacation home, (approx. 100 m²) 3 bedrooms/ 6 sleeping places directly on the shore of Lake Garda, located between Bardolino and Lazise, with private jetty. The new construction of the house was completed in the spring of 2023. The impressive outdoor terrace has a direct lake view, as does the living/dining room. The jetty is for the exclusive, private use of our guests. Lazise is within walking distance along the lake (car-free) in 10-12 minutes.

Bea home is a newly renovated family home. There are two large bedrooms, one with a lake view, as well as a living room with a terrace where you can dine outdoors. A bathroom with a window complete with a sink, shower and both bathroom fixtures. A kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and induction stove. The garden also has a parking space inside the property. Nearby are a supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, as well as shops for renting bicycles and e-bikes.
