The home contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a smaller room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, closets, and a sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

There is a large double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. If you are getting married, it is a 5 minute walk to the town hall, there is a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to grocery shopping, etc. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend for two, but also works fine for a family with two kids and a dog!

The beach is 2-3 km away. in Søby, 6 km away, a Dagli Brugs, as well as a grill bar/restaurant. in Ærøskøbing, 10 km away, is Netto, as well as a lot of shops and restaurants. Marstal, 18 km away, Superbrugsen, Apoteket, as well as a lot of other shops, and restaurants.
