Nøset - skipper house from 1743

Charming little thatched holiday home with room for 4. The ceiling is low (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Own small kitchen with access to small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the archipelago path and bike routes start close by and buses are free on the island.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Dieses charmante Häuschen ist der ehemalige Altenteil unseres Hofes und liegt auf der anderen Seite der kleinen Lindenallee, die zu unserem Wohnhaus führt. Ganz in Ruhe in einem naturbelassenem Garten unter einer uralten Rotbuche auf einem sanften Hügel. Du siehst vom Haus die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen und abends die Lichter vom ca 9 km entfernten Ærøskøbing. Diese Perle wird von uns nach und nach renoviert und ist mit viel Liebe einfach, individuell und entspannt eingerichtet.

Newly built two-story apartment in our 200-year-old barn, formerly used for cattle, a henhouse, and a carpentry workshop. Perfect for young couples and families with children seeking peace in scenic surroundings. Vittens Længe beach is within walking distance, ideal for relaxation. The stay includes a DIY breakfast with sourdough rolls, butter, jam, milk,eggs from our hens, and nourishing porridge – ideal for an authentic and relaxing getaway close to nature.

Staying in our 75 square meter holiday apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds flow in from the birds of the forest, the sea, and the sea. A scent of fresh sea air meets one's nostrils. The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Certainly contributes to this, that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, on foot or on horseback.

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea view. There is a lovely covered terrace with morning sun with a view to the beach and jetty. The garden is lovely closed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room there are panoramic views to the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right by hiking and biking routes.

Untidy home with private entrance. The buses on Ærø are free and go right outside the door. Located right between Ærøskøbing and Søby. There are no common areas, as guests have access to the room, bathroom and kitchen for light cooking, dining area as well as outdoor dining area alone. The kitchen for light cooking contains a hob but associated pots and a pan as well as an air fryer.

NOTE: From June 1 to August 31, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars, but you can park – free of charge – a two-minute walk from the house.
