Violino azul, your home in the center of Cremona

Spend a few relaxing days in Cremona without sacrificing independence and comfort. Music-inspired details, cozy spaces, well-kept rooms and a subtle blue theme will accompany you during your stay. The central location makes the house the ideal starting point to visit the entire city. Violino azul is not visible from the main street because it is inside a period setting, typical of Cremona. The house is independent and on two levels. The lower floor is accessed from an independent entrance inside a small courtyard. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a fireplace and a smart TV (Netflix subscription included). The kitchen and bathroom are adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is new and equipped with all appliances, a dishwasher and a washing machine, much appreciated if you stay longer. Going up a staircase you reach the upper floor where there is a large double bedroom and a small terrace. In the double bedroom, a crib can be added on request, included in the price. Guests have access to the entire house. I live and work near the house. I'll always be available for whatever you need during your stay. I'll personally hand you the keys.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Cascinetta just steps from downtown, with free parking outside the property. Ground floor: garden, porch, equipped kitchen with very large living room/living room/living room/work area,half bathroom. First floor: Thinking room, 1 double bedroom and a large bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and double shower + 1 double bedroom, both with ceiling blades. My house has recently been renovated. It is located in Valeggio sul Mincio in a quiet and green place. It is a studio for 4 people, independent and with private parking. It includes a bathroom with window, shower, toilet, bidet. There is a kitchen equipped with espresso machine, induction stove, microwave, fridge and small freezer. From the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the hills near Lake Garda.

Rustico Bertel, house of 17th, lake view, hot tub

Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
