Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Our modernly furnished stay has a living/bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen. You have a private entrance and it is on the ground floor. All to yourself. Central to Rotterdam, the windmills of Kinderdijk (7 km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13 km) and Gouda (13 km). Also nice by water bus to Rotterdam or Dordrecht. E-Bikes for rent.

The house is rented without a garden, but from inside or out on the balcony you will have stunning views of the mills. !!! Not convenient for people with mobility problems - lots of stairs! ✔ There is a shared antrance with the hosts.✔ Charming place in the south of Rotterdam. The apartament - second floor- consist the bathroom, a livingroom with work space, a fully equipped kitchen and separate shower. The apartment has a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the bathroom. The space is perfect for 2-4 people.

Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
