Keukenhof 1,8 km (walkingdisstance) Amsterdam 25 km Zandvoort beach 18 km Haarlem 20 km Rotterdam 50 km Schiphol 20 km. Beach Langevelder 9km. Beach Noordwijk 17 km. Villagecentre with supermarkets, shops, restaurants within 800m. Busses to Haarlem and Leiden within a 5 min walk. Trainstation Hillegom or Nieuw Vennep 7 km No pets allowed

This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. A lovely family home right in the middle of Wemeldinge Marina, with the sea at the end of the road. Set in a cosy village, which has a small beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km from the house, and cycling paths everywhere. The house is able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so I am afraid that I will have to turn down any requests from groups or families with more than four adults.

Cozy up with family or friends out and about... this is possible in this spacious vacation home. On the BG are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in a separate wing. (On the 1st floor are the other 3 rooms separately with 2nd bathroom and toilet.) The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, such as; combi microwave, dishwasher and bean coffee machine. You never have to get bored because there is a beautiful Jacuzzi in the garden. There is also a Barrelsauna with an electric stove (5 euros/hr).

Super location on the water accessible by car. 10 minutes from central station in Leiden. No pets. Also on hiking and biking route. Rural environment. Roosters present! Possibility to take a boat trip across the lakes with the owner!

This is a wonderful newly built family house of 140m2 home where you can completely relax with your family. It is fully equipped, also for the children. Modern furnishings, comfortable couch, comfortable large dining table, large wel equipped kitchen, floor heating, nice rug on the floor, enclosed garden to play, free parking in front of the door. And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. The sky is the limit!

Comfortable, Sunny, Spacious, cosy, quiet, rural but central in Zeeland with heating. At a short distance (by car) the cities, of Middelburg, Goes and Vlissingen, Antwerpen, Brugge, Gent. The beach and Sea are a little farther away with 20 min drive. And the cities Brugge and Gent are also at a reasonable distance. A family with 2 young children fits. But 3 Adults is too much. (2 employees can stay. In the loft)

Perfect gepositioneerd tussen de zee en Amsterdam, op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van Haarlem en een korte rit naar het strand.
