The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

We warmly welcome you to the "Leipziger Neuseenland"! In May 2023, we refurbished this cozy 1-room apartment for you. Our "Spatzennest" is a small but fine mini apartment and exudes about 20 m² of hotel room charm. In the immediate vicinity of the town hall and registry office, the accommodation is located in a quiet apartment building in the center of Zwenkau. So also for bridal couples or their guests an ideal location!
