Es steht EIN kostenloser Parkplatz im Innenhof zur Verfügung. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können im Keller untergebracht werden.

Alle technischen Hilfsmittel über die ein normaler Haushalt verfügt, sind vorhanden (Waschm., Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Fahrräder, Grill etc.) und sind kostenlos nutzbar.
