Idyllic, charming farmhouse/holiday home with direct access to private sandy beach and the Baltic Sea from the backyard, with its own staircase to the beach. Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and play tower. Located in rural surroundings in protected area. Residential approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 people. 4 bedrooms with room for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Smaller but functional bathroom with shower. Large utility room. Absolutely no parties, no animals and no smoking indoors.

Our vacation home is close to Greifswald. It is a 220 m² vacation home, right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

Separate secluded sauna terrace. 4 parking spaces. Fresh Baltic Sea fish can be bought on foot from the local Fischer Rennhak.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can visit the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults). + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

Top luxury vacation home, 100 m from the beach, 4 bedrooms, sauna, fireplace, garden with beach access - plus sea sounds, Baltic Sea air and pine scent - hours of beach walks, bike tours, riding on the water - all this is offered by our cozy, child-friendly house for 7 people and 2 babies in the uniquely beautiful holiday region of Fischland with diverse offers. The house was only completed in mid-2014 and is looking forward to nice guests!
