Kuća je podignuta 4 metra iznad zemlje, te vas tako dok boravite u njoj okružuje krošnjama drveća. Kuća se sastoji od dnevne sobe koja je ujedno i blagavaonica, wc-a, spavaće sobe s dva odvojena kreveta, te galerije s bračnim krevetom. U dnevnom boravku se nalazi kamen na drva, koji pruža poseban igođaj tokom zimskih dana, udobni kauč koji može poslužiti i kao dodatni ležaj za jednu osobu.

Our recently renovated apartments are ideal for guests who, enjoying their vacation, want to feel all the comforts of home. All apartments are oriented south-north, so they have a lovely view of the sea, beach, and islands. Sunsets from our southern terraces look magical, while from the northern terrace the view of Mount Biokovo, which we recommend for lovers of untouched nature.

Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage.
