The house, where the apartment is located, is over 100 years old and is protected as a part of Split cultural heritage. The apartment is completely renovated and new. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and within walking distance of major attractions (8 min walk to the Promenade and the Palace, 5 min walk to the Marjan Hill, 8 min from the main restaurant, club and shopping area).
