In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

Stefflhof: Simply vacation. With heart.

The Stefflhof has been in our family for 100 years, the house itself is much older. 100 cattle, cats and chickens live here. Already in the 3rd generation, our house has also been a guest house. The heart of the house is the "parlor." Here you can meet in the evening to play, tell stories and have a glass or two. We have THE tips for excursions and tours, for inns and rustic huts. Look in the barn, try homemade food, tell us about yourself - we look forward to it!

The house is located in Schüttdorf, at the south side of the lake. It is a quiet street with parking space. It is about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a very large parking lot. And about 5 minutes from the nearest ski bus stop. Zell am See city is 3 min drive. The lake is less than 5 minutes by bike. The house is surrounded by mountains that are all climbable, there is plenty of hiking fun for every level.

The double rooms have a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as plates and cutlery, color TV and balcony, bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, towel warmer as well as shower gel/soap and towels. Wi-Fi and a safe are also included. On the sunny side between Kaprun and Zell am See. We offer you a friendly, family atmosphere. Sauna, solarium, hot tub, WiFi, parking by the house. A storage room in the basement offers space for skis or bicycles, and there is also sufficient parking space. The guest house was newly renovated in 2025 and comfortably furnished.
