The garden house is in the middle of our 2000 m2 garden. At the edge of the garden, you will find the sauna and hot tub overlooking the meadows. We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others.

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

Peperkamp Tractor Cabin

Spend the night in a surprising place. Love Outdoorlife! Have you always wanted to spend the night in the Achterhoek? You can do that at “by MP Outdoor” in Zelhem in our trekker's accommodation. Rural, unique, surprising, you won't soon forget this. Please note: in winter, we have heaters in our garden room, which is enclosed with a tarp, to keep the worst of the cold out. The hiker's cabin is really for the adventurer and those who love cozy and the outdoors.

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a 1.80 wide bed with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

Welcome to our forest cottage, perfect for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Achterhoek. Here you will find everything you need to unwind completely. Located on a small forest park, directly on the Pieterpad and Landgoed 't Zand. A 375-hectare nature reserve with mainly forest, interspersed with heath, fens and sandy paths in Zelhem, the Green Heart of the Achterhoek. The perfect base for an adventurous hiking or cycling vacation or just doing nothing at all.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The house is on one level and has a kitchen, adjoining living room with dining area and sitting area with TV, WiFi available. 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower. In addition, there is a separate toilet with sink. No smoking or pets please.

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, and our chickens also walk freely through the garden.
