We are located at 160 m above sea level and are surrounded by Grevlunda slopes fantastic and scenic surroundings. The location of the wheelhouse is peaceful and the rolling landscape is beautiful all year round. Here you have downhill all the way down to the sea…The guest house is located on our small farm. Newly renovated on two floors, about 50 m2, sleeps five, fully equipped kitchen and its own patio. Hang out in the green grass, barbecue, play boule, or read a book in the orangery. Only 15 minutes to fantastic beaches and many good restaurants!

An exclusive accommodation where you experience proximity to nature, people, sea, miles of fine sandy beaches, smaller towns and a plethora of different artists. Our guests take care of themselves. Before arrival, you can be assured that the house is extra carefully cleaned with regard to disinfection of table surfaces, kitchen counters, sinks, toilets, faucets and handles, etc. We do this as an extra protection for our guests as we have Covid-19 in fresh memory.

Charming brick villa in Yngsjö village

Charming older brick house in Yngsjö village but still in the middle of nature with forest up to the back of the plot. Private garden for socializing or resting. Few minutes walk to Helgeå or a smaller walk through the village and pine forests down to the beautiful white sandy beach that stretches out as far as the eye can see. Two dog beaches close by. Bicycle path to Åhus where you can shop, see culture, harbor and eat well. Close to the national park Stenshuvud and the waterfall in Forsakar for more nature. Here is everything you need.

The Castle - Täppet Åhus

Åhus has most of it to offer during summer, Beach football - Beach handball, world class sandy beaches and restaurants and bars so that's enough. The accommodation at the Castle is located about 1,5 km from Åhus Seaside and the beach in an extremely quiet area on Täppet. The house has generous areas with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, patios, outdoor kitchen, conservatory, pool etc. There are 4 beds (width 120, 140 & 180 cm) but sleeping for up to 10 people with extra bed/mattress/sofa. The pool is of course heated to 28 degrees.

Architect-designed summer paradise near the sea. The accommodation consists of 2 houses where one houses one bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, shower/toilet. In the second house there are 3 bedrooms, shower and toilet plus a laundry room. Around the houses there is a wooden deck and a large garden overlooking the field and evening sun. Welcome to our beachfront oasis at the gateway to Österlen! The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023 and is only 800 meters from the beach, offering a cozy barbecue area and stunning views. Perfect for couples or small families looking for relaxation and proximity to nature. Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories! Bed linen, (electric) bicycles and tennis court can be rented.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis, the house is located individually with about 300 meters to the nearest house. Newly renovated winter-occupied cottage with room for 4-6 people, the house has a beautiful location in a valley on Rusberget. Amazing nature around the house with hiking trails and a barbecue area with a view just 500m away. Enjoy bird singing and morning coffee on the patio deck. Within 15-30 minutes you can reach both swimming, canoe rental, fishing, shopping and many other things.

The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
