The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The accommodation is newly fitted to a high specification.

Lobster Cottage - quaint character property

A quaint ‘olde’ cottage, full of character and was part of the oldest licensed public house on the Island. Situated in the heart of Ventnor town, it's convenient for a variety of local shops, amenities, super pubs & eateries, sea front & beach. The property offers sufficient accommodation for 7 people but can accommodate up to 8. It has seating at the front of the garden and an upper level rear garden with a BBQ and sea glimpses. Foodies Heaven

A light and airy wooden chalet accessed by a path through a fully fenced orchard with seating and a fire pit ideal for catching the last of the evening sun. Dogs are welcome and can be walked within the 8 acres of farmland which extends to the Eastern River Yar and includes a wildlife pond. The chalet is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a Red Squirrel. 5 Pygmy goats in Sue’s garden next door are sure to amuse you.

Pebble Cottage in the heart of Bembridge

Pebble Cottage is in the heart of Bembridge, with a short walk to the local shops, where you will find a Farm Shop, Bakery, Butchers, Fish Mongers and a local food store. For eating out there is The Olde Village Inn pub, a fish and chip shop, and a great take away at Framptons. Forelands beach is a good 15 minute walk away, an excellent beach for walking the dogs (or oneself), and a great place for children to enjoy all things to do with being by the seaside.

If you are looking for a tranquil accommodation then Sea La Vie @ Chalet 18 can offer you this. Set out in neutral colour schemes throughout with a touch of nautical thrown in. Tastefully of course. Sleeps four comfortably. The main bedroom has a double bed and the little room of the two has two single beds. There is a washing machine so no need to do all that washing once home!! Bedding and 2 towels are supplied per guest as is 2 tea towels

Welcome to Station Location! At the end of a quite bridal path, this property is a studio apartment that annexes our house. It contains a large super kingsize double bed or 3ft twin beds. It has a sofa, table and chairs, tv and plenty of storage in a large wardrobe. With an ensuite shower room and a kitchenette with all the essentials including a dishwasher. Parking available and pets are welcome!

Cosy Stable Cottage in the heart of the Island

This cozy cottage was the former Stables and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House dating back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has adjacent private parking.
