This historic home is the perfect spot for an authentic Spanish holiday in Benidorm. With a spacious patio to enjoy the the weather, connected to kitchen and living room to create amazing memories and experiences with your family and friends. The interior of this restored house is charming and welcoming. Guests can enjoy two bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each of them with bathroom. The location is at the heart of downtown a few meters from the beach.

Charming house with spectacular views in a small mountain village on the Marina Alta. It includes 2 double bedrooms with king size bed (possibility of 2 single beds) and bathroom en suite, fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood burning stove, small living room with 2p sofa bed, 3rd bathroom, south facing terraces on 4 levels + garden with fruit trees with stunning views. Ideal place for lovers of nature, hiking, tranquility but also for remote working (fiber optic, printer)!

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

CALABLANCA

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

The house has a total of three floors inside and a fourth floor outside or "rooftop" with views of the Sierra de Mariola and much of the old town of this wonderful inland village. Fantastic loft with terrace. Ideal for couples.

The loft is located on the top floor of a family building. Access is by stairs, sharing these with the inquuilinos of the floors below. This is a spacious space, no walls. It has a bed of 1´35; a large sofa and with the possibility of installing an auxiliary bed It has a large terrace with barbecue, from which you can enjoy excellent views of the city of Xátiva and the castle.
