The ground floor has a renovated kitchen, guest toilet, cozy living-dining room, and a terrace. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a full bathroom. The basement includes a living area with a double bed, a bathroom, and a space with a fridge and washing machine.

The Tropicana Supermarket,restaurants, bars, gym are in the same building where the apartment is located and a short walk from the city center.
