Welcome! Spacious apartment for 2 people in the new development area in the immediate vicinity of the Xanten water ski facility/ high ropes course and beach. (approx. 200 m) The apartment is on the 1st floor and is not barrier-free. Tourist tax included Smoking is not permitted. Fresh rolls are available in the morning right next door at the bakery cart. Restaurant and snack bar at Wardt harbor within walking distance. The apartment has been completed since August 2021. Garage for sports equipment is possible on request.

Welcome to our "Kleiner Marstall" vacation apartment - located within the historic city walls of Xanten. In the former horse stable of the late Baroque judge's house, you will find a successful mixture of stylish antiques and modern comfort (box spring bed, underfloor heating, rain shower, etc.) on 40 square meters.
