Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. Completely newly renovated studio - apartment (single apartment) on 22 sqm. The 60 sqm apartment is located in the basement of our house - but due to the large windows is very bright and welcoming. The apartment has a separate entrance with small courtyard, which can of course be used with. To enjoy the evening sun there is a garden table and 4 chairs available. Children are welcome.
