Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed with light bedding and slanted roof windows that provide natural light. A wooden wardrobe and a decorative chair enhance the room's functional design, while a small lamp adds a touch of warmth to the atmosphere.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. We have already prepared some things for your visit. For the first day you will find coffee, tea, water, spices, pasta, tomato sauce, etc. in the kitchen cupboard. If you have sunny weather, you are also welcome to have a barbecue on the terrace. A small charcoal grill and charcoal are available for you.

The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away.
