The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake district; you will be staying with the harbor master of Woudsend, Corine. The cottage's flower garden (butterfly garden) offers plenty of privacy and is situated right below the 't Lam corn mill. Come here to relax with your loved one, away from the hustle and bustle; you will find peace and quiet here, and you will be awakened by the titmouses, blackbirds, and sparrows (sometimes on Sundays by the church bells). This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Lovely 6-person vacation home in the meadows and on the open water in the heart of the Frisian lakes. Not suitable for groups of young people. Our house is in a unique location, between the meadows and directly on the open water. Here you immediately get the holiday feeling! From the beautiful garden, you have a wide view, you can sit in the sun on one of the two terraces by the water, swim in front of the door and from the private jetty (12m) you can sail onto the Frisian lakes.

Our vacation home is located directly on the water and offers you the opportunity to moor your boat on a 16 m long, private jetty. Due to the south-facing location of the property, the garden is in the sun all day. The new, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, oven and microwave. Dear guests, unfortunately I was forced to increase the prices by 12% for 2026, as the government has increased the VAT from 9% to 21%. I hope you ALL come back anyway.

The apartment is located in the middle of the bustling village street of Langweer on the first floor above our design studio. It features a spacious living room with a luxurious kitchen (and island), two fine bedrooms with private bathroom. The entire apartment is decorated with tasteful furniture adjoining our design style. Many nice sights are steps away: the harbor is around the corner, nice restaurants, beautiful villages, beautiful nature, cities, shops and culture.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together.
