Centre Point is a newly refurbished 1st floor apartment in a superb location just a 2 min walk from the award winning golden sand beach and village of Woolacombe. It enjoys fabulous panoramic, elevated, uninterrupted ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and out onto the 30ft long balcony, where there are sun loungers and a dining table and chairs to enjoy Al fresco dining at its very best. It is accessed through it's own front door up a staircase adjacent to a private parking space.

A spacious living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining table set for two. A large TV is mounted on the wall. Natural light enters through the large window, illuminating a striped area rug that enhances the area's inviting demeanor.

Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.
