A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

From here you can start hiking, biking and sightseeing tours. The Hunsrück offers an infinite number of beautiful excursion destinations. The Moselle and Rhine are very close. Trier, Mainz, Koblenz, Cochem, as well as the German gemstone city of Idar-Oberstein, to name just a few examples, are also in the vicinity.

A very cozy living and dining area with an open kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a sauna, another bathroom, a box spring bed in the master bedroom, double beds in the other two bedrooms, and a lovely outdoor area. Plus, we'll provide you with electric bicycles for the duration of your stay to explore our beautiful countryside.

Wie sagte ein Freund: das ist ja ein Rosamunde-Pilcher-Traum... :) Das Gingerbread Guesthouse is ein 350 Jahre altes Fachwerkhaus im malerischen Städtchen Bacharach. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
