Ons huis staat aan het kruispunt van fiets- en wandelwegen. Er rijdt een bus van ons dorp Oelegem naar Antwerpen. De afstand naar Antwerpen is ongeveer 15km met de auto, de fiets of te voet! Alsook op 35 minuten rijden naar Brussels Airport. Nieuwbouw gelijkvloers appartement met alle comfort: inkom, apart wc, slaapkamer met kasten. Volledig uitgeruste keuken (echter geen diepvries). Zuidgericht terras. Géén BBQ aanwezig. Gratis parking in het straat. Het is een rustige doodlopende straat.

This studio is located not far from Antwerp. Tram, train and bus is close by and connects you to Antwerp or Lier. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is also close by many facilities. Mortsel has it's own city center with shops, but besides there is also a lot of nature around where you can have a walk. There are many possibilities. We have a separate bedroom for 2 persons and in the living room we have the possibility to turn the sofa into 2 extra beds.

The property is located in a quiet area and yet only 20' drive to Antwerp and 12' to Lier. The hammock garden would like to let you rest and in windy or cold weather you can enjoy in the veranda. On one corner of the street begins Ranst forest with bicycle junction "77", on the other side is the supermarket at 300 meters.
