Quiet private backyard with fire pit (wood provided), patio heater, table and bbq. All under great shade trees in the summer. This home is very well suited for large groups and families. Lots of street parking one space in the driveway.

It has an outdoor firepit, indoor stove, beautiful decks with amazing views, and located 4 min from lake access, 12 min to downtown CDA, 30 min to Silver Mountain Ski, 40 min to Silverwood and Hiawatha Bike trail. Kayaks and bikes available to use in summer. Infrared sauna, dartboard, and ping pong. Not handicap accessible.

It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.
