Off the grid cabin only 15 minutes from Sudbury. Water access only a boat/kayak/canoe is needed. 300ft from the boat launch. Includes a sectional couch that turns into a double bed, with bedding. Water is supplied in barrels from the river to do dishes, and shower however; you will need to bring drinking water.
