Auf 75 m² befinden sich ebenerdig eine moderne Küche, ein Schlafzimmer, das Bad, ein großer Flur und ein Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt wird. Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett. Bei Bedarf kann der Schlafsessel zusätzlich zur gemütlichen Einzelliege ausgezogen werden. Auch ein Kinderbett lässt sich noch aufstellen. Im Wohnzimmer lassen sich die Couch als auch die zwei Sessel zu zwei gemütlichen Betten umfunktionieren.

In the heart of the historic old town of Wismar

Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

Komfortabeles Ferienapartment, direkt in Strandnähe (3 Minuten zu Fuß). Reinkommen und wohlfühlen! Gerade alles frisch renoviert und neu eingerichtet für zwei Erwachsene und ein weiteres Schlafsofa für zwei kleine Kinder oder einen Teenager. Küche voll ausgestattet mit Kaffeevollautomat, Gefrierschrank und und und (schaut unter weitere Infos die ganze Ausstattungsliste). Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist guter Schlaf auf den Boxspringbetten vorbestimmt oder entspannen in der Regendusche.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer denkmalgeschützen Villa. Der bekannte Architekt Thormann hat die Villa ca. 1860 für sich als Wohnsitz errichtet. Die Villa liegt im Zentrum der Altstadt, 5min Fußweg zum Markt , Bahnhof oder dem sehenswerten Hafen. Wismar bietet als UNESCO-Weltkulturerbestadt eine faszinierenden Altstadt mit liebevollen Cafes zum verweilen. In ca. 30 Minuten erreicht man die Ostseestrände Boltenhagen , Insel Poel oder Kühlungsborn.

Terrasse zum Ausruhen. Am Schiffbauerdamm gibt es zwei Parkplätze. Der zweite ist kostenlos. (Etwa 5 Minuten entfernt) Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkuhren: da kann man nur von 19 bis 9:00 Uhr kostenlos parken. Der Bahnhof ist 1 km entfernt.

Die gesamte Altstadt und der Hafen ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ihr werdet unsere Ferienwohnung wegen der Gemütlichkeit, der tollen Lage, und des schönen Ausblicks mögen. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist gut für Familien und Paare geeignet. Bei Bedarf ist eine zweite Fewo nebenan dazu buchbar.

Charming big room with character in Wismar

You can expect a 50 m2 spacious, nice room with a view over Wismar. Wooden beams, timber floor boards and a special plastering lend this room a special flavour. Our house is situated in a quiet, brick-lined timber quarter, about 15-20 min walk to the town centre. You will have your own toilet, sink and shower. You can have bicycles for nice tours around Wismar and in the summer, we will provide a small, sunny garden lounge!:-)

Der Marktplatz ist Fussläufig in 5 min. , Bahnhof in 10 min. und Hafen in 15 min. erreichbar.

My accommodation is in the middle of the historical center, the park and the "nightlife" is within walking distance. You will love my accommodation because of the view, the cosiness and the great location. My accommodation is well suited for couples and solo travelers. A second, smaller bedroom with a bed is available for a third person. One child from 12 years is welcome.
