This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking( if reserved ) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.!

Stunning Moreton shore and lighthouse are a 15 minute walk. In one direction we have Royal Liverpool Golf Club and West Kirby beach, a 5-10 minute drive and in the opposite direction is New Brighton promenade, bustling with bars restaurants,fair, theatre and bowling alley. West Kirby - a beautiful seaside town. Quirky streets, bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and stunning countryside - there’s something for everyone. Orrysdale Road is just a 5 min walk from the beach, lake, prom & town centre. Also within a 5 min walk is a train station with trains to Liverpool (waterfront, arena etc) each 20 mins (20min train journey). There are 2 good sized and charming double bedrooms, & a single. Fully equipped, newly decorated, garden inc bike shed. Great location and house!

2 bed apartment set in a Victorian House on a tree lined street in a prime location. With less than a 2 min walk to the beach and Marine Lake. Also within a few mins walking are the many bars, cafes, restaurants and bistros that West Kirby has to offer. The 2 double bed 1st floor apt is well appointed and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and the separate lounge is a perfect place to relax. Guests can request later checkout and where possible we will accommodate.

The accommodation is best suited to one or two guests, however, the use of a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for larger parties for a short stay. The bed is English king size (150 cm wide) with Egyptian bedlinen. Modern well fitted kitchen, bright lounge/diner. Bathroom with shower bath and washing machine. Off road parking. West Kirby Court is in the centre of this vibrant seaside town.

This Grade 1 listed building overlooks the world heritage site, the Liverpool Waterfront, and is just a 1 minute walk to the Train which is just 1 stop to city centre and two stops to Lime Street. Also a 2 minute walk to the Ferry where you can take the famous Ferry Across The Mersey. A prime location for getting everywhere - quickly! Original 18th Century Features combined with a modern look and prime location, it really is a fantastic place to choose to stay :)

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
