Inside, 80 m² of open-plan loft: a king-size bedroom, a sofa bed in the living area, floor-to-ceiling windows that span the length of the space, a fully fitted kitchen and a smart-lock door so you let yourself in. It has also been used as a filming location, you'll see why.
