The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

Guests live in a completely separate apartment. The apartment is fully equipped and offers: Spacious kitchen with dining area, living room, cozy bedroom, modern bathroom. Thanks to the central location, shopping, restaurants and the train station are within walking distance (about 10 minutes).

The apartment is suitable for a relaxing family vacation or business travelers. It is located on the first floor of a newly renovated 4-family house. Our apartment is about 80 square meters and has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms and a new floor-heated, barrier-free bathroom.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
