The entire first floor is rented with a bedroom, bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living and dining room. In front of the house you can park directly. The garden is maintained in the meantime, only the garbage cans would have to be placed on the street (1-2 tons per week). :) This is a 2-party house where the upper apartment is rented.
