Our modern vacation home (85 m²) is located on the outer edge of the idyllic NRW gold village of Benroth, in the middle of the Bergisches Land (about 50 km east of Cologne). Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! This stylish accommodation is perfect for couples, families, professionals who work in the Bonn area or trade fair visitors in the Cologne-Bonn area. The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

Circus Wagon Star Tent with Sauna

The circus wagon was built by me according to the historical model. Due to the two bay windows and the attached pavilion, it is very spacious. The ancient Norwegian wood-burning stove brings cozy warmth. The bed has lots of space. The kitchen is well equipped, you can cook and bake to your heart's content. In the evening you can make a campfire under the huge old ash or use the sauna. Beautiful forest trails start around the corner. You'll love this special and romantic place to stay.

A modern kitchen features a sleek island with three upholstered stools. The cabinetry is complemented by warm wood accents, and essential appliances, including a refrigerator and coffee machine, are seamlessly integrated into the design. Ample natural light enhances the spacious layout.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Genießt entspannte Stunden in der eigenen Dampf-Sauna oder entspannt im Ganzjährigen Jacuzzi mit Panorama Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann.

Welcome to our cozy granny apartment. Spend a few nice days with us and feel at home. The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location. In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. In the middle of the forest, surrounded by oaks and beeches and horse pastures above the Sieg, is this small oasis of well-being. The rustic tiny house is a converted sheepfold with a romantic sleeping loft, a small living-cooking area, with forest views and an outdoor separate toilet, both without running water. Here you can switch off from everyday life, relax, ground yourself and recharge your batteries in a wonderful atmosphere.

The apartment is a listed two-family half-timbered house from the 18th century. Located in the old town center of Windeck-Rosbach. With this unique home, all the important points of contact are close by, making it easy to plan your stay. In just 3 minutes' walk you can reach the S-Bahn (suburban train) station in the direction of Cologne or Siegen. Shopping is within 5-7 minutes walking distance.
