Mit dem Auto ist man in einer guten halben Stunde am Nürburgring, an der Ahr, am Ruhrsee oder im Phantasialand Brühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 km Entfernung. Hunde nach Absprache willkommen.

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Das Objekt liegt am Ortsrand im oberen Teil des 250-Seelen-Ortes Aremberg zwischen Blankenheim und Adenau. Die Höhe von 550 ü.M. erlaubt weite Blicke über die Landschaft. Die Gartenstraße ist sehr ruhig, sie ist zugleich der Ahrsteig. Naturliebhaber werden sich freuen, die Artenvielfalt von Fauna und Flora ist groß, im Himmel zieht der Rotmilan seine Runden, Buntspecht, Mittelspecht und Grünspecht freuen sich an den alten Bäumen.
