Anderby Creek was voted one of the UK's best undiscovered beaches by AOL, The Times & The Telegraph. The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Miller's Cottage stands on the riverside by Claythorpe Watermill and sleeps four in its two bedrooms. The mill grounds are open to the public from 10am to 5pm from Mar to Oct. Outside of these hours, you have this lovely place to yourself (apart from the owners next door). The cottage opens onto the wildfowl garden, where the birds wander freely, and it’s a joy to sit with a glass of wine and watch the birds settle for the night as the sun goes down.
