The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Mit der S1 erreichen Sie folgende Ziele: Flughafen Düsseldorf 8 Min HBF Düsseldorf 20 Min HBF Duisburg 8 Min Die S1 fährt meistens 3 Mal pro Stunde in jede Richtung, auch Nachts. Die Straße ist ruhig gelegen, Sie bekommen immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz dort. Die nächste Autobahnauffahrt ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar.

The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. The rest of the apartment is normally accessible and usable without further restrictions. We recommend wearing slippers. Especially in winter, the tiles can be cool
