The newly renovated apartments are equipped to a high specification. The view from the window into the spacious park and the sound of the Schwarza have hardly changed in the last century. In order to turn a turn-of-the-century manor house into a modern-day gem, it takes an understanding of style, high-quality materials from yesteryear and a lot of attention to detail.

Cozy alpine house in a secluded location, Mürzzuschlag

Our alpine house is located at approx. 800 meters and is located, all alone, surrounded by meadows and forests. You feel the tranquility and the power of nature. Here the clocks tick slower and you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A walk through the forest and the sound of the stream grounds your senses and gives you the opportunity to rest and recharge your batteries. Hiking: Ganzalm, Pretul, Scheibe, Stuhleck, etc. Culture: The nearby Semmering offers great attractions.

Keth’s trailer in the nature

A hut in the nature, with a wood oven there can heat the hut up, there is a dry toilet and cold water from our own source (not in the winter.) There is a little stream nearby where you can find the fireplace. There is a outdoor shower, with gas, so you have warm water. We have some animals around the farm, and Stefan build a nature playground out of wood from our own forest. There is also a meeting room with a normal toilet and a fridge. This you can use, if it is not rent out.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

Hofer vacation home

We, the Hofer family, warmly welcome you to our vacation home on our organic farm in Kirchberg am Wechsel. Our farm is located in the Bucklige Welt at the foot of the Wechsel directly at the so-called Molzkreuzung. This vacation home, which was built by our ancestors around 1880, has been completely renovated by us from 2022 to 2024 in loving handwork inside and out. Thus, nothing stands in the way of your vacation with the highest level of comfort.

Enjoy travel atmosphere on a residential bus without giving up. No matter the time of year, you can heat up the pellet stove or cool off in the air-conditioned bus. Private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal. At the farm, you can jump into the natural pond (note: no liability is assumed!), or let off steam with archery, biking or hiking. Within a radius of about 15-30 min. Some getaways are also waiting for you.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

The cozy accommodation is an ideal location for hiking and ski tours, skiing and relaxing! Shopping, an inn, bus stop, train station and the Stuhleck ski resort are only 100 meters away. Directly on the Semmering Railway World Heritage Site, 100 km from Vienna and Graz. Many destinations can be reached in 1 hour by car: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking and much more.

It can accommodate up to four guests and has a cozy bedroom (double bed) and a spacious living room (sofa bed) where you can relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The rustic interior and the beautiful terrace create a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
