From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

Outside there is a private hot tub, main patio, two additional seating areas, table tennis in the garage, large enclosed garden & parking area.

The house sits proudly in an elevated position on a picturesque common in the village of Hanworth, boasting beautiful long views across the common. Hanworth has the largest and one of the last remaining enclosed commons in England with grazing cattle, covering 35 acres and borders the privately owned Gunton Park, a 1,000-acre deer park, home to the award-winning Gunton Arms.

Countryside views from this barn conversion, with woodburner, wealth of wildlife on the doorstep. Barn owls and deer in the garden, shopping in Holt and Norwich, beach, swimming pool and North Norfolk Steam railway at Sheringham. Cromer with its famous pier, promenade and sandy beaches. National Trust Felbrigg and Blickling are close by and there are regular seal trips from Morston and Blakeney as well as lots of coastal walking. Dog friendly for up 2 dogs with additional charge.

Dog Cottage

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for guests with infants or toddlers. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.

The accommodation is split into 3 different barns (that are all joined together externally) so that groups can have their own space. Corner Barn is large enough for the whole group to socialise and eat together in the kitchen. As well as space to socialise together in the large lounge area.
