It is about a 15 minute drive to Bandon Crossings or Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Kitchens are fully equipped and linens are provided. Sorry, no dogs or animalsof any kind, and no smoking, including e-cigarettes or vaping. These units are intended to be dander-free. We recommend an automobile, and have parking for 3 vehicles with 2 garage spaces and room behind for additional parking, including for a boat trailer. Most of our contact will be through email and on the phone. We are frequently in Bandon and our housekeepers are in town and any of us will be available in case of any problems. We have one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches in the world. Our home is on the bluff overlooking the ocean with good beach accessat either end of the block. We are close to City Parkwith a kid's playground and friendly library. It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 5 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 15 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California. GOLF: Some land is meant for Golf. Bandon, Oregon is one of those places. Welcome to Bandon, OR. The house is two blocks from a beautiful beach; take long walks, build sandcastles, or walk across the street and sign up for a horseback ride on the beach. Downtown old Bandon is 7 minutes away where you can explore the farmers market, grab a coffee and/or enjoy fresh seafood. Bandon is well known for golf and some of the top courses are 10 minutes away. Once the day is done, you can enjoy telling stories around the fire pit, have dinner on deck and enjoy the sunset.

The Wizard Hat Beach House is a massive 3,956 square foot house with the best oceanfront views on the Oregon Coast. It will sleep nine adults comfortably, and kids will love the game room on the third floor. There's also a separate suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper on the lower level that boasts panoramic ocean views from every angle. To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas.
