Downstairs, a spacious living room, open kitchen and air conditioning for cooling/heating. On the 2nd floor is a large bedroom with a workspace and a 2nd air conditioner. In addition, a spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. With a beautiful view of the countryside. For stays longer than 1 month, we bill the consumption per month afterwards based on a separate meter (+/- €0.12 per kWh).

Beautifull B&B near Nijmegen and Arnhem

Building has 4 rooms, all with own shower or bath and toilet. We can place 15 beds. We have babybeds. We have our own parking place. In the neighbourhood we have a few restaurants. Wifi free. We have also a big garden which you can use. It's a beutifull area, to bike, to walk, to visit city's (Arnhem en Nijmegen). There are several spots where you can rent bikes. Vanuit dit vrijstaande huis kun je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en/of mountainbiken. De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van bijna 800 m2 heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

It is within walking distance of the central station, city center and Radboud University and hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment, you will find all kinds of appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has its own entrance and balcony.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

Within walking distance of the central station and the city center of Nijmegen is our studio with its own garden (with trampoline!) and entrance. The studio is suitable for 4 people. You can sleep in or on the cozy bedstee. The new kitchen is fully equipped, there is a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, combi microwave, stove and fridge with freezer. You will have your own bathroom at your disposal.

Nice for couples to explore Nijmegen for a few days! This unique design loft is located in the centre of Nijmegen. Two minutes walk from Central Station in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice bars, coffee bars, stores and restaurants within walking distance. You sleep in a comfortable Auping bed and furniture is top class design. By car? No problem. In front is a free private parking place.
