We look forward to seeing you! The apartment is part of a Wilhelminian villa with separate access and views of the Ruhr Valley. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Evangelical Foundation Volmarstein, which can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the castle ruins Volmarstein with a fantastic view over the Ruhr Valley. Our apartment has a fully furnished apartment. A double bed is located in the bedroom. There are two sofa beds in the living room.

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The apartment is on the second floor of the cozy little house in the beautiful district of Volmarstein /Grundschöttel of Wetter (Ruhr). Cyclists, hikers, families, couples and singles are equally welcome here. The Ruhr, the castle ruins and the Ruhr cycling trail are very close, as is the Volmarstein Clinic. The metropolis of Ruhr, the stadiums of Dortmund and Bochum as well as the Westfalenhallen can be easily reached by car, bus & train in about 20 minutes.
